Rocky（ロッキー）先生の「ボウリング場での一日」レポート

本日は、hanaso講師の英文レポートをご紹介します。
今回のレポートを書いて頂いた先生は、Rocky（ロッキー）先生です。
Rocky先生には過去にレポートを執筆頂いておりますが、
今回のレポートは、ボウリングに行った時のレポートです。
他の先生が書かれたレポートは旅行記が多いですが、
ちょっとしたレジャーのレポートも、フィリピンの方の生活が垣間見えて楽しいですね。

A Day at the Bowling Alley ～ボウリング場での一日～
Last Sunday, me and my family along with my girlfriend, went bowling to spend some quality time with each other.
It was in a mall about 45 minutes away from our house.

先週の日曜日、私は家族やガールフレンドと一緒にボウリング場に行き、楽しい一時を過ごしました。
ボウリング場は家から45分ほどのモールの中にあります。
I was very happy to see my relatives after such a long time because all of us are very busy.
I am not good in bowling so on my first few tries the ball fell on the gutter.
But after getting used to it I managed to hit a few strikes!
Everyone was excited and yelling whenever someone would hit a strike.
My dad and my uncle got the highest scores and they are very skilled in bowling.

私たちは皆とても忙しく過ごしているので、久しぶりに親戚と会えてとても嬉しかったです。
私はボウリングが得意ではないので、最初の数回はガターを出してしまいました。
でも、少しして慣れてくると何回かストライクを出すことができました！
皆とても興奮して、誰かがストライクを出すたびに叫びました。
私の父と叔父はボウリングが得意で、最も高いスコアを出しました。
After playing we ate at a restaurant and talk to each other about the game.We had lots of fun and I hope we can do it again in the future.
ボウリングの後は、レストランで食事をしながら、今日のゲームについて話しました。
私たちは一日をとても楽しみました。そして次回またボウリングに行くことを楽しみにしています。
Rocky先生、非常にきれいな英語で読みやすいです。
フィリピンのショッピングモールは映画館などのレジャー施設が付いていることが非常に多く、ボウリング場があるところも多いです。
フィリピンで一番有名なMall of Asiaに至っては、モールの中にスケート場があります。
フィリピンでは買い物も食事もレジャーも、休日の行動を１つの施設の中で済ませられるようなモールが非常に多く、ある意味合理的ですね。
今度、hanasoでもボウリング大会を開いたら良いのになあ・・・
