SAB（サブ）先生の「Pangasinan（パンガシナン）にある有名なHundred Islands（ハンドレッド・アイランズ）」旅行記

本日は、hanaso講師の英文レポートをご紹介します。
今回のレポートを書いて頂いた先生は、SAB（サブ）先生です。
ＳＡＢ先生、Hundred Islandsというところに行ってきました。
タイトルに「有名な」という言葉が入っておりますが、この名前をＫＯＫＯは初めて聞きました・・・
hanasoのフィリピン人スタッフに聞いてみると、非常に有名なリゾートみたいですね。
基本は無人島群ですが、この島々を観光できるリゾート施設もばっちり近くにあるようです。
こういう島に１ヶ月くらい行ってみたいなぁ・・・。
それでは、SAB先生のレポートをご紹介します！
The Famous Hundred Islands in Pangasinan ～パンガシナンにある有名なハンドレッド・アイランズ～
When I was still young, I heard a lot of beautiful stories about the Hundred Islands.
I was wishing that someday I can also go there.
Then recently, I was able to visit the said place not only once but twice.

そして、最近そこを１回だけでなく２回訪れることができました。
If you are planning to have a vacation within Luzon, this is the right place for you.
Just ride a bus going to Alaminos, Pangasinan and in just 3-4 hours you will get there.
From the name itself, it really has 100 islands, depending on the tide since some
islands sink when it is high tide.

（マニラからは）Pangasinan（パンガシナン）のAlaminos（アラミノス）行きのバスで3～4時間ほどで到着します。
ここは、名前の通り100の島々から成り立っていますが、満潮になるといくつかの島は海に沈んでしまいます。
If you want to eat some fresh seafood, you can eat in a restaurant or ask your boat driver to buy and cook it for you.
By asking your boat driver you can save some money and enjoy lunch on the island.

船頭さんに尋ねれば、節約することができ、さらに島でのランチを楽しむことができます。
You can enjoy a lot of activities there like snorkelling, swimming with different kinds of fish, or see the biggest clam in the Philippines.
You can also climb the highest island where you could see the other islands.
There’s also a lagoon which you can jump into and enjoy swimming.

そして、他の島々を眺めることができる一番高い島に登ることもできます。また、海へ飛び込んだり、水泳を楽しめるラグーンもあります。
I really enjoyed this place so I’m planning to visit there again with my husband and his office mates soon.
私はこの島でとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができたので、今度は夫と夫の同僚たちと一緒にまた訪れることを計画しています。インターネットでこのHundred Islandsについて検索してみると、日本人ブロガーの方でHundred Islandsを紹介している記事をよく見かけます。
Hundred Islandsはマニラからも行けますが、Baguio（バギオ）という避暑地として有名な場所から日帰り旅行が可能です。
Baguioは多数の語学学校があることでも知られていて、多くの日本人留学生が学んでいます。Baguioに留学している方が、このHundred Islandsに遊びに行くことが多いみたいですね。
日本人の方も安心して遊びにいけるリゾートということなのでしょう。
KOKOは特に洞窟からのダイブをやってみたいです！
