すっかりhanasoブログの常連となったDanjo先生、今回は香港旅行の記事を書いて頂きました。
パティシエとしてのキャリアを活かした「香港とスイーツ」という非常に興味深い内容です。

Welcome to Danjo’s traveling journal!
Here are my friends as we went off the plane, craving for the famous Hong Kong pastries and desserts.

これは、有名なパンやデザートの食べ歩きを目的に、香港へ向かう飛行機に乗る私の友達です。
今回は、hanasoの講師JJも一緒です！
私たちは皆、高校の同級生なんです。
左から2番目の女性は、高校時代の恩師です。

Hong Kong is very famous for their fruit and egg tarts. Very delicious!
But wait! We are just getting started!
香港は、フルーツタルトやエッグタルトが有名です。とても美味しいんですよ！But wait! We are just getting started!
でも、待ってください！私たちはまた始まったばかりです！
These beautiful cakes are eye popping! Feast for the eyes!
これらの見事なケーキにワクワクしてしまいます！そして目を楽しませてくれます！

Their cakes don’t only want to make you taste it, but they are also sending a message to appreciate the efforts of pastry chefs like me, who give extra time, effort and love in making those precious pieces of art! So whenever you eat something sweet, take your time.

こ、これはうまっそうっす！フィリピンは基本的に甘い料理が多く、スイーツもかなり種類が豊富なため、「甘いものはもういいや」と思っていたＫＯＫＯでさえ、食べてみたいと思ってしまいました。
さすがDanjo先生です。
ちなみに、写真の中にある値札は、香港ドルでの表記なのでご安心を。
スイーツの単価は日本円に換算すると、同じくらいの値段です。
フィリピンの方の海外旅行先として、香港はかなりポピュラーな場所です。
ノービザで行くことができ、しかも飛行機で片道2時間という近さが、その理由かも知れませんね。
