FRANCES（フランセス）先生の「覚えておくべき場所」レポート

本日は、hanaso講師の英文レポートをご紹介します。
今回のレポートを書いて頂いた先生は 、FRANCES（フランセス）先生です！
FRANCES先生、当ブログの「講師の英文レポート」では恐らく一番取り上げられている場所、パラワン島に行ってきました。
プエルト・プリンセサというパラワン島の州都となっているところですね。
プエルト・プリンセサは、世界遺産として地底河川が登録されており、観光の目玉となっていますが、そこはFRANCES先生、地底河川探検とはひと味違ったレポートを書いて頂きました。
それでは、FRANCES先生のレポートをご紹介します！
A Place to Remember ～覚えておくべき場所～
Going on a vacation is one way to relax your mind and body. I would never forget the trip I went to with my friends last November 2011.
We went to Puerto Princesa, Palawan and we stayed there for five days.
One of the places we went to was the crocodile farm and there you would see various kinds of animals and of course many crocodiles.
In this place, you would also get to taste crocodile meat.

私は2011年11月、友人たちと行った旅行は絶対忘れません。
私達はパラワン州のプエルト・プリンセサに行って、5日間滞在しました。
その時に私達が行った場所の一つはワニ園で、そこでは様々な動物たち、そして当然ワニも見ることができます。
この場所ではまた、ワニの肉を味見することもできますよ。
After going to the crocodile farm, we also went to a place where we could do horseback riding.
ワニ園に行った後、私達は乗馬ができる場所へも行きました。
When it’s already night time my friends and I decided to go to the famous Baker’s Hill where you could do sight-seeing and eat delicious food.
We bought a lot of delicious baked goods at the store and played like we were kids in a playground.
夜には、友人たちと観光が出来て、美味しい物が食べられることで有名なベイカー・ヒルに行くことにしました。We bought a lot of delicious baked goods at the store and played like we were kids in a playground.
お店ではたくさんオーブンで焼いた食べ物を買って、遊び場では子どものように遊びました。
And that’s how we spent the second day of our trip to Palawan.
This trip really helped me to remove all the stress that I felt and, at the same time, collect wonderful memories with my friends.

この旅行は本当に私が感じていた全てのストレスを取り除いてくれたし、同時に友人たちとの素敵な思い出を作ってくれました。

なんてさらっと書いていますが、ワニの肉を食べられるとはちょいビックリです。
FRANCES先生、前回のセブ島のレポートでもありましたが、日本人向けのガイドブックには載っていないようなスポットに行っていて、興味深いですね。
次回のレポートでも、知られざるフィリピンの観光スポットを紹介して欲しいです！
