本日は、hanaso講師の英文レポートをご紹介します。
今回のレポートを書いて頂いた先生は、Pearl（パール）先生です!
Pearl先生、家族がアメリカで暮らしていらっしゃいますが、定期的にアメリカ旅行に行っているようです。今回は、少し古いですが、アメリカのニューヨーク州に行った時のお話を書いて頂きました。

MY FAMILY TRIP IN 2009 ～2009年の家族旅行～

It has been four years since I spent a vacation with my family.I grabbed the opportunity of joining them because this happens once in a blue moon.
April 8, 2009, we took a ten hour road trip to from Ossining, New York to Niagara, New York. That was two days after the golden wedding anniversary of my parents.
This trip was an extension of the celebration.
After we dropped all our things off in the residence inn where we stayed for a night, we walked around and took pictures of the scenes.

私が家族と一緒に休暇を過ごしてから4年が経ちます。
このような機会はめったにないので、私は逃さずに参加しました。
2009年4月8日、私たちはニューヨーク州のOssining（オシニング）からナイアガラの滝まで陸路で10時間の旅となりました。
それは私の両親の金婚式から2日後のことでした。
この旅行は、祝福の延長のようなものでした。
私たちが一晩滞在する宿泊先に全ての荷物を置き、散歩に出かけ写真を撮りました。
The first picture was taken at Niagara State Park with my family.There are actually two sides of Niagara Falls
They call it the Horseshoe Falls, Canadian side and the American Falls, American side.
In one of the pictures, you’ll notice that some of its water was frozen and there were swans on it.
The last picture shows the Skylon Tower of Niagara Falls, Ontario, as my two brothers were pointing to it.
It is an observation tower that overlooks the Niagara Falls.

最初の写真はナイアガラ州立公園で撮ったものです。
実はナイアガラの滝は2つの面があります。
Horseshoe Falls（ホースシュー滝）と呼ばれるカナダ側と、American Falls（アメリカ滝）と呼ばれるアメリカ側です。
写真の中の一枚に、一部の水が凍り、白鳥がいるのに気づくでしょう。
最後の写真では、私の二人の兄弟がオンタリオ州のナイアガラの滝にあるSkylon Tower（スカイロンタワー）を指差しています。これはナイアガラの滝を一望できる展望台です。

This family vacation we had is memorable for me even if we were not complete.
This trip is costly, but it was all worth it. I am looking forward to experience a family vacation again.

この家族旅行は、家族全員は揃っていませんでしたが、私にとって思い出になりました。
今回の旅行は費用がかかりましたが、とても価値のあるものになりました。
私は、また家族旅行ができることを楽しみにしています。
アメリカで仕事をするフィリピンの方は多くいらっしゃいますが、高い英語力の裏付けがあるから仕事ができるんでしょうね。羨ましいです。
ＫＯＫＯも早く仕事で通用する英語力を身につけたいと思います！
