A Magical City

本日は、hanaso講師の英文レポートをご紹介します!!
今回のレポートを書いて頂いた先生は 、Aga（アガ）先生です！
今回は、Davao(ダバオ）市のレポートについて書いていただきました！
最近はフィリピンの発展が急速になっており、リラックスして観光できる場所が少なくなっている中、Aga先生はあまり知られていないけど、とても素敵な場所を発見してくれました。(^―^)
CHAYはフィリピンの南の地域には訪れたことはないので、本当にいつか行ってみたいと思いました！
それでは、Aga先生のレポートの記事を紹介します！
A Magical City-魔法のような都市-
The flight was smooth as a silk,with a magnificent view of the mountains which is higher than the clouds.
I took a picture of the city from the above.
It was indeed a spectacular view from my vantage point.

上空からの眺めを撮影しました。
見晴らしの利く地点からの眺めは、実に壮観な景色でした。
During my business trip in Mindanao, my new found friends toured me to their beautiful city.
We visited the market and tried tasting the famous fruit called Durian.
They said that “It smells like hell,but it tastes like heaven”.
The fuit does have a fout smell but it tastes really delicious.

そこで出会った新しい友達が、彼らの美しい都市を案内してくれたんだ。
私たちは市場を訪れ、”ドリアン”と呼ばれる有名な果物を試食してみた。
彼らは”臭いは地獄のようだが、口にすれば天国のようだ”と言っていたよ。
この果物は確かに異臭はするが、本当に味は美味しいんだよ。
We visited the newly built stadium with an Olympic-size pool,
a wide football field, and an awesome track and field.

最高な陸上競技場が備えているスタジアムを見学したよ。
One of the places that I felt really magical was one of the finest cathedrals which looked like a castle.
The place was very peaceful and amazing. I loved seeing the flock of birds flying toward me.

It was a magical experience visiting
Tagum City in the province of Davao, truly a magical city waiting to be discovered.
実に魅力的で、発見されることを待っている都市であるダバオの田舎であるTagum City in the province of Davao, truly a magical city waiting to be discovered.
タブム市を訪れたことは、我を忘れてしまうような経験だったよ。
講師Agaは本当に旅行が好きですね！
私が初めてドリアンを食べたのは、もう何年も前のことなので、
味を忘れてしまいましたが、匂いは脳裏に残ってます（笑）
ドリアン味のキャンディーやアイス味があるんです。
今度、ぜひ食べてみたいです！(￣▽￣)ノ
あと話は変わりますが、CHAYはダバオの「パール・ファーム・リゾート」
に行ってみたいと思ってます！ダバオ代表のリゾート地ですよー
綺麗すぎて息を呑んでしまったCHAYでした
