DANJO（ダンジョ）先生の「祖父母の記念日」レポート

本日は、hanaso講師の英文レポートをご紹介します。
今回のレポートを書いて頂いた先生は、DANJO（ダンジョ）先生です！
DANJO先生、ご家族のお祝いをした際のレポートを書いて頂きました。
BATANGAS（バタンガス）という地域に行って来られたようですが、
ダイビング好きの間では、ダイビングスポットとして非常に有名な地域です。
また、以前のMEGUMI先生のレポートにもありましたが、
この地域は登山に適した山もあり、温泉もある、観光にはうってつけの場所のようですね。
それでは、DANJO先生のレポートをご紹介します！
My Grandparents’ Anniversary Celebration ～祖父母の記念日～
It’s my grandparents’ anniversary and we celebrated it in a resort in Batangas called Cintai Corito’s Garden resort.
Its theme is Balinese and, when you’re there, you feel like you’re not in the Philippines anymore!

このリゾートのテーマはインドネシア・バリ島で、まるでここがフィリピンではないような気分にさせてくれます。

We went there with their “barkada” (a Filipino word that means “group of friends”).
They are very good friends.
More than 2 decades of friendship!
The resort features Bali-inspired villas, pools, gardens, images, sculptures, and archways.

このリゾートはバリ風の建物やプール、庭園、彫像､彫刻、そしてアーチ道が特徴です。

They also cultivate fruit-bearing trees here.
Fruit-picking is one of the activities that resort guests can enjoy.
Fortunately, there were more than 10 fruits that were in season and were ready to be picked when we were at this resort!

このリゾートでは果物狩りが楽しみの一つになっています。
幸いなことに、私たちがこのリゾートに行った季節は、収穫ができる10種類以上の果物がありました。
Of course, I’m always ready to take the plunge!
もちろん、私はいつでも飛び込む準備ができています！
This year, my grandparents celebrated their 44th anniversary.I really enjoyed our 2-day stay here. It was very tranquil and it was a great place to take a breather.
I hope all of us can enjoy here together.

私はここでの2日間の滞在を存分に楽しみました。
ここはとても静かで、一息つくには絶好の場所でした。
いつか皆さんと一緒に楽しめたらいいですね。では皆さん、また次回！でも、その前に祖父母へのお祝いの言葉です。“HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!（記念日おめでとう！）”
フィリピンには、タイ式の装飾のレストランや観光目的の施設が散見されますが、バリ式は初めて見ました。
このCintai Corito’s Garden Resort、フィリピン人には、非常に人気の高い施設のようです。
それにしても、DANJO先生は非常にアクティブですね。
フィリピン観光に来られる際には、事前にDANJO先生のレッスンを受けると、知る人ぞ知る、ナイスな観光スポットを教えて頂けるかも知れません！
