Working in the kitchen of a hotel is very exciting!
I will show you how my workplace looked like in one of the hotels that I had worked for.

さあ、私が以前働いていたホテルをご紹介しようと思います。
In this hotel, I didn’t only cook the food items in the buffet, I also cooked in front of people!
There is a mini cooking station in front and you could watch while I cooked.
このホテルでは、ブッフェのメニューだけでなく、実際にお客さんの前でも調理していました！There is a mini cooking station in front and you could watch while I cooked.
ここのブッフェには小さな調理スペースがあり、お客さんが私の調理姿を目の前で見ることができます。
Working in the hotel was not that easy but it was very rewarding and fun!
Looking at smiling faces after people had tasted your creations is very rewarding.
ホテルで働くことは容易なことではありませんでしたが、とてもやりがいのある楽しい仕事でした！Looking at smiling faces after people had tasted your creations is very rewarding.
お客さんの料理を食べた後の笑顔を見ると、とてもやりがいを感じます。

毎日、私達は料理が並ぶブースをより魅力的にするために、様々な果物の彫刻を作りました。
Here is the “Live Station” where I cooked in front of the guests.
