Danjo（ダンジョ）先生の「Magdalena（マグダレナ）」旅行記

本日は、hanaso講師の英文レポートをご紹介します。
今回のレポートを書いて頂いた先生は、DANJO（ダンジョ）先生です！
hanaso公式blogの常連とも言えるDANJO先生、今回も、楽しいアクティビティを美しい写真と共に紹介して頂きました。
日本の「川下り」に相当するものですね。
それでは、DANJO先生の旅行記をご紹介します！
Magdalena ～マグダレナ～
Our summer was filled with excitement.
We went to Magdalena White Water Rafting in Laguna.
私たちの夏は興奮で満たされました。We went to Magdalena White Water Rafting in Laguna.
今回はLaguna（ラグナ州）にあるMagdalena White Water Rafting（マグダレナ・ホワイト･ウォーター・ラフティング）へ行ってきました。
We took this picture before we started our adrenaline-pumping white water rafting adventure.
We rode that jeepney to get to the river.
Look, Tutor JJ was also there!
私たちはホワイト･ウォーター･ラフティングの前、アドレナリンが最高に出ている時にこの写真を撮りました。We rode that jeepney to get to the river.

川まではこのジプニー（フィリピン特有の小型貨物自動車を改造した乗合バス）に乗りました。
今回も講師JJが一緒です！
Here we go! Of course, we needed to wear protective gear.
It was indeed a bumpy ride!
さあ、出発です！もちろん私たちはライフジャケットを着用する必要がありました。It was indeed a bumpy ride!

There’s also a variety of flora and fauna there.
Just as the tour was about to end, we found this spectacular view!See that two-storey tower?

ツアーも終盤の頃、私たちはこの素晴らしい景色を発見しました！
写真にある2階建てのタワーが見えますか？
さらなる興奮を求めるなら、このタワーから川へダイブするのがオススメです。

There, you could either eat your lunch in one of those huts or you can go back to the town proper and find a restaurant that you like.
ここでは、この小屋でお昼を食べるか、町に戻ってレストランを見つけるか、好きなほうを選ぶことができます。
After almost two hours, we went down a very steep slope.
It was like a big slide! There, you can enjoy swimming and water tubing!
私たちは2時間後、急流を下りました。これはまるで大きなすべり台のようでした。ここでは、泳いだり浮き輪で遊ぶこともできます！It was like a big slide! There, you can enjoy swimming and water tubing!
I would definitely remember this experience and would definitely come back again.

写真のクオリティが高いですね。さすがですDANJO先生。
この川下りのアクティビティ、川沿いの樹木を見ると、やはり南国だと感じます。
このMagdalena White Water Rafting、インターネット上で検索を行うと日本語で書かれた紹介ページは出てきませんが、英語だと大量に出てきます。
フィリピンにおける、日本人があまり知らない観光スポットかも知れません。
