ＣＯＣＯ（ココ）先生の「カマイ・ニ・ヘスース」旅行記

本日は、hanaso講師の英文レポートをご紹介します。
今回のレポートを書いて頂いた先生は、ＣＯＣＯ（ココ）先生です！
フィリピンでは殆どの人がカトリックの信者ですが、
ＣＯＣＯ先生、日本ではあまり見ることのできない宗教的な観光スポットに行ってきたようです。
日本でいうと鎌倉の大仏のような感じなんでしょうか。
それでは、ＣＯＣＯ先生の旅行記をご紹介します！
Kamay ni Hesus ～カマイ・ニ・ヘスース～
My family and I decided to go to Lucban, Quezon for a bit of religious tourism.
It was a clear sunny day when we went on our trip to Kamay ni Hesus.

Kamay ni Hesus（カマイ・ニ・ヘスース）へ行った日は快晴でした。

A mini-waterfall found inside the shrine site imbues the place with a calming atmosphere.

毎週水曜日と日曜日にミサが行われます。
A life-size statue of Jesus Christ praying can be found on the side of the hill.

The trip was certainly rejuvenating for the mind and the spirit.

今回の旅行は確実に心と精神を元気に回復させてくれました。
フィリピンの方は、敬虔なカトリック信者が多く、日曜日に教会に行くことが当たり前になっています。
また、教会に行かなくとも、ショッピングモールのスーパーの前で礼拝が行われていたりして、フィリピン人の宗教心の深さを感じることができます。
このKamay ni Hesus、インターネットで検索しても多数ヒットしますので、フィリピンでは結構メジャーな観光スポットのようですね。ご興味のある方は是非行ってみてください。
